Thirty Years' Experience
VMTP's core business is supplying auto transmission parts to automatic transmission rebuilders throughout the UK and Europe for all makes and models of automotive automatic transmission.
We specialise in supplying parts for all types of Automatic and Manual transmissions along with fully rig tested rebuilt transmissions as and when our trade customers require them.
Many members of VMTP's staff have over 20 years' experience in the industry. This means we are able to offer all our customers a technical help line operated on a full time basis to help with those tricky problems that hinder us all from time to time.
We distribute a monthly newsletter to advise our customers of new parts, and recent problems we have encountered.

Same Day Delivery
VMTP's UK branches are at Hayes in Middlesex, and at Norton Canes in Staffordshire.

From all of our warehouses we offer free same day delivery services to designated areas:

Our London warehouse delivers anywhere within the M25 and surrounding areas
Our Midlands warehouse delivers to Birmingham, Liverpool, Manchester and surrounding areas

In the UK we are able to same-day deliver to areas within one hour's drive of our branches, for orders received by 10:30am at Hednesford, 11:30am at Hayes. However, a large proportion of customers find our overnight delivery service is fast enough.
Further expansion in progress, so we expect to widen the scope of our same-day delivery service!

Distribution Agreements
VMTP is geared around our customers' requirements, helping them run efficient, professional workshops.
Our mission is to provide the best range of goods and services to the transmission industry at a competitive price.
To help us complete this goal we have distribution agreements with quality manufacturers such as Raybestos, Transtec, Precision International, Allomatic and ZF, along with many more. To satisfy all our customers' needs we also carry, in stock, large quantities of difficult-to-obtain OE parts.

Public Servicing
We also have two service garages for the public, both equipped with the latest diagnostic equipment. Vehicles can be towed in: free collection & delivery are available. We aim to effect repair within one day - on occasions this sometimes may take longer. After we fit a rebuilt transmission road test all vehicles to ensure they are 100%, and all work is guaranteed for 12 months, 12,000 miles [unless in exceptional circumstances otherwise stated].

New Services
VMTP are now offering a new service for Ford main dealers in the Midlands: the 'Ford Kit', for same-day turnaround on Mondeos, Escorts and Fiestas. This is soon to be implemented in the London area also.
